Sitting proudly looking out to the ocean and just a very short walk from the beach, you will find Apartment 19, a superbly welcoming apartment within a very popular complex. With the use of a shared swimming pool, secure parking and a balcony with sea view, this retreat is just perfect for a relaxing break away or an energetic, fun-filled holiday, taking in the delights of Newquay with its many beaches, shops and restaurants. Once parked you can effortlessly take the lift to the third floor where your apartment awaits. You enter into an inviting and stylish open plan living space. Stretch out on the twin sofas, catch up on a favourite soap, or sit on your balcony and just...breathe. You will see lovely artwork adorning the walls, subtle depictions of popular and iconic local places to visit. There are two bedrooms, both with Sky TV offering Sky Sports & Movies, one with a king size bed (can be twin beds), fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds (can be super king-size bed). There is a further family bathroom with a bath, if you fancy a long soak, which also has a shower over.
Newquay is famed for its water sports and surfing in particular. There is much to see and do here, from cliff top walks with breathtaking vistas to a vast array of amenities, including an all-weather aquarium and zoo. Venture further afield and take the scenic route along the heritage coast to discover Padstow, with its excellent, celebrity chef-inspired restaurants, galleries, boutique shops, narrow streets and buzzing quayside. Port Isaac, ‘home’ to the ‘Doc Martin’ TV series, is enchanting and inland the town of Wadebridge awaits, where you can hire a bike and follow the fabulous Camel Trail to Padstow or south-east to Bodmin, with its wild and mysterious moor, spectacular views and woodland just waiting to be explored. We loved the clean and modern apartment. It has sky T.V. with sports which was a luxury for us. The apartment was fully equipped and had all our needs for a very comfortable stay. There is a washer/drier, dishwasher and coffee machine. They even supply all the tablets and washing up equipment. There is a lovely surprise of a cornish welcome pack waiting when you go into the apartment. We would certainly recommend this apartment for visitors to Newquay as its central to town and beaches as well as pubs, restaurants and shops 😊

Wonderful apartment. High spec finish and home comforts throughout.Great location and the bonus of a secure parking space.Fabulous for a couple or family of four. Also if you have kids the pool is a bonus!
