Boasting two bedrooms, it provides a perfect haven for families, couples, and friends in search of tranquility. The bungalow is semi-detached, adjacent to the adjoining property Banks Voles Nest. This arrangement allows for larger groups to enjoy ample space, making it perfect for multiple friends or two families seeking a retreat together.
As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting open-plan design that seamlessly integrates the dining, lounge, and kitchen spaces. The twin and double bedrooms offer cosy accommodation, while the bathroom features a convenient shower cubicle. Several outdoor seating areas around the pool invite alfresco dining and relaxation. One of the property’s highlights is the heated swimming pool, open for enjoyment from May to September. Please be aware that the pool is not supervised, and safety regulations mandate adult supervision for individuals under sixteen. Regrettably, children under four and a half years of age are not permitted in the pool, due to insurance restrictions. This family-friendly complex is equally suitable for the elderly, with both the bungalow and complex designed on a single level, ensuring easy accessibility. A private parking bay is also available for your convenience.

The bungalow was lovey and clean and very well equipped. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The whole complex was lovey it was a shame we didn’t have the hot weather to be able to sit out around the pool more than we were able to. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday , I would definitely be coming back again

Deers Holt was good for our 10 year nephew because of the swimming pool.I would say that the accommodation was small and cosy.Some people complained about having problems sorting out the heating,we didn't and got water was soon available.

The Water Heater and Room Heaters took some time to fathom out. The fact that there were instructions to strip the bedding and advise your departure time by text did not go down well when basic instructions on how the heaters worked with their timers etc. were absent. The double bed had a very thick topper and was not comfortable for my arthritic wife.The overall impression was various things benefited the owner but not necessarily the customer.
