Wi-Fi can also be found in the clubhouse building. Southwolds elegant seaside is 6 miles, whilst rspb Minsmere, cycle hire, fishing and golf are all under 9 miles. Boat hire at Beccles, gateway to the southern broads, is 5 miles.. All properties: Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Laundry room with washing machine and coin-operated tumble dryer (shared). Decking with garden furniture. 35-acre grounds (shared). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared, 9m x 4.8m, open daily April-October, private allocated use by arrangement). Parking. No smoking.

Overall, the children had a wonderful time and that’s all that matters. But unfortunately the site is really run down and looking very tired, the pool was full of dead bugs and worms which took a good 15 minutes to clear before the kids were able to get in, the pool sides were filthy and looked very unsanitary, the toilet facility behind the pool was shocking! Lots of rubbish around, dog poo on walkways. The positives, we LOVED feeding the sheep and picking apples to feed them, the kids thoroughly enjoyed the games room and playing on the Nintendo and pool table. The cottage was lovely and very clean, but walls were quite badly marked or needed repairs. It’s such a shame the site was so poorly looked after as we would have absolutely come back.

Beautiful, calm place, tucked away and peaceful, lots of walks, plus swimming pool, and snooker etc.. all near the coast The next village the pub "the racehorse" real ale , community ran , excellent food, and company, and it's dog friendly ☺️ would visit again.

A very pleasant quiet site. Well kept grounds. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Possibly the only thing I was a little disappointed with was the pool area. This needs a little tidy up around it and the area around the pool looked a little tired.
