Wi-Fi can also be found in the clubhouse building. Southwolds elegant seaside is 6 miles, whilst rspb Minsmere, cycle hire, fishing and golf are all under 9 miles. Boat hire at Beccles, gateway to the southern broads, is 5 miles.. All properties: Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Laundry room with washing machine and coin-operated tumble dryer (shared). Decking with garden furniture. 35-acre grounds (shared). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared, 9m x 4.8m, open daily April-October, private allocated use by arrangement). Parking. No smoking.

Had a great time at Briar Cottage. The facilities are fabulous and plenty for the kids to do. We were blessed with the weather and some amazing places to visit. We will be back!

A truly relaxing location. Well equipped cottage. Has been updated and is better than the photos show. Great facilities including the lovely pool which we were lucky enough to have to our self. Club house with pool table and relaxing area. Outdoor play for children. Honesty shop is a useful addition We enjoyed watching the rabbits munching the grass outside our cottage along with a wide variety of birds
