About this property

The Stable is part of a charming barn conversion situated alongside the beautiful Lizard Heritage Coast and stunning St Michaels Mount, within the small village of Rosudgeon.

Lovingly renovated into a stylish and contemporary holiday home, this accommodation rests down 5 steps on the ground floor and is suitable for friends and families looking to explore the delights of Cornwall's south coast.

You will find a snug open-plan living room, complete with two incredibly comfy and modern electric reclining chairs where you can cosy up and unwind in front of the Smart TV, or play one of the board games or even do a jigsaw!

The kitchen and dining space have everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal.

One comfortable double bedroom with plenty of storage space.

Situated on an old flower farm, the best rural location right by the sea.

A fully enclosed safe lawned garden is across the way, exclusively for your use, perfect for an evening meal al fresco or for your pets to stretch their legs.

Also available in good weather is a large playing field, perfect for games of badminton and table tennis.

While you're in the area, join the South West Coast Path which is just down the pretty and quiet country lane, and take a 20 minute walk to Perranuthnoe for its beautiful sandy beach, 2 wonderful cafes and a lovely local pub.

Grab your surf board and visit one of the many local sandy and family/dog friendly beaches, perfect for surfing, swimming and sunbathing (beach towels and thermos flasks available if you forget your own!)

Not to be missed of course is the spectacular tidal island St Michael's Mount, accessed via the causeway in Marazion at low tide, home to ancient castle walls and sub-tropical gardens with stunning views of the mainland.

Situated one mile from the popular South West Coast Path, Rosudgeon is an ideal base for walkers, beach lovers, and those wishing to uncover the wealth of Cornwall's historic and artistic heritage. Rosudgeon has a convenient village store and a pub, which is well known for its locally-sourced food, whilst just two miles away is the beautiful St Michael’s Mount, standing proud in the bay. Nearby Penzance is known as the gateway to some of the most spectacular scenery that West Cornwall has to offer, including the famous Minack Theatre, Land's End and sea and air links to the Isles of Scilly. The harbour and beaches offer a beautiful place to relax whilst the seafront is sure to impress, with its promenade and open-air, seawater Jubilee Bathing Pool, one of the oldest surviving Art Deco swimming baths.
