This immaculately presented single-storey holiday lodge is set in the owners’ grounds close to working farms with views across the Cornish countryside. For those bringing their pets, there is a dog day care nearby. Situated between the north and south coasts, and above the stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of Goss Moor. A 7.5 mile network of cycle, walking and riding trails threads its way around the moor. The North Cornwall Coast is home to fabulous beaches, resorts and villages such as Padstow. The Eden Project is 4.5 miles. Other places of interest include The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the steam railway at Bodmin. Horse riding, trout fishing, cycle hire and golf are available nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

A cosy lodge for 2 on the edge of Roche ( excellent dinner at the Rock Inn) ...with very comfy beds, well equipped, and with a small wooden terrace and garden enclosure.Frank & Sue were attentive hosts...Nothing too much trouble.With thanks.

The cottage was very cozy and comfortable we enjoyed our time and it was in the perfect location to get around Cornwall in the car and not have to much holiday traffic me and my girlfriend have loved our holiday and have really enjoyed these little cottage and it’s friendly and accommodating owners

Frank,Sue and Denzell are wonderful hosts always available to give good advice on where to go and where to eat. The lodge is lovely and clean and has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of cleaning products to help keep the lodge tidy whilst on your stay. Large field across from the lodge is great for our dogs to run around and have fun.Roche has a lovely welcoming pub The Rock Inn, nice food and drink and locals made you feel welcome. We can definitely recommend Oggis for a Cornish pastie best we have had. Local co-op has everything you need. Thanks for having us and hope to come back for a visit.Dave, Jane, Monty and Jovi.
