Further hilly walk to beach that images would suggest but lovely garden which we pretty much had to ourselves

Just two points that let it down. We did not sleep properly for the time we stayed because the bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. It was a metal frame bed and Every time you turned over the bed made loud creaking noises and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. Secondly the parking spaces are very tight and if you have a larger car like us they are quite hard to manoeuvre into. Thankfully during our stay the other resident cars were small but it was still difficult to get out if a car was parked next to you. If everyone else staying had a large car I am not sure how we would have parked and as I have a disability this would have been an issue. I think you need to make it clearer that the parking spaces are quite tight if you have a large car. Other than that everything about the property was fantastic and if the bed had been comfortable would make it 5 stars.

The property is fantastic although on this occasion we do have one to two slightly negative comments to make. First, there were visible signs on damp on the outside wall of the twin room and one night as a result of very heavy rain water managed to seep through the wall (presumably where there is a hole in the pebble dash exterior wall) and leave a puddle on the bedroom floor. Secondly, the reception for the television in the lounge was very poor and if we wanted to watch anything we had to move to the bedrooms. Finally, it was disappointing to find some pieces of tableware with small traces of food on them presumably where they had not been washed properly before our arrival. However, having said that, on the whole the property is well equipped and comfortable. The views from the large lounge window are amazing and the the location of the property is fantastic. It is a great place to come back to and relax after spending a day walking the coastal paths and exploring the local area. We would certainly consider making yet another return booking if the damp issue is resolved.
