Surrounded by a private garden with a large driveway and garage, the house is positioned between the villages two main beaches, Polzeath and Baby Bay Beach. A private path from the garden provides direct access to Pentireglaze Haven, offering the perfect spot for an early morning swim or a sunset stroll. From the house, uninterrupted views stretch across the National Trust headland towards Pentire Point, while the rolling waves of the Atlantic provide an ever-changing and mesmerising backdrop.

Inside, Medla offers spacious accommodation, sleeping 13 guests across seven bedrooms. A traditional entrance hall leads to the kitchen, dining room, and drawing room, all offering plenty of space for gathering together after days spent on the beach. A utility room provides additional storage and facilities.

On the ground floor, a twin bedroom and a shower room offer accessible accommodation, while the first floor features six further bedrooms, including a double with an en-suite bathroom. A separate double bedroom above the garage has its own private staircase and bathroom, providing a more secluded space for guests seeking extra privacy.

The location is second to none, with easy access to Baby Bay Beach in New Polzeath and just a short walk across the sand to Polzeath beach and village, where surf schools, shops, and restaurants can be found. Whether it’s an early morning surf, a hike along the South West Coast Path, or simply sitting by the fire watching the waves roll in, Medla offers an unforgettable stay in one of Cornwall’s most dramatic coastal settings.
