Set in an enviable position in New Polzeath, Trevose View is a traditional and characterful Cornish holiday home overlooking the Atlantic. With spectacular sea views, a generous garden and the beach just a short stroll away, it is perfectly suited to large families and groups looking for a relaxing coastal escape.
Inside, the spacious open-plan living area provides a welcoming hub for everyone to gather. Comfortable seating, character features and large windows create a relaxed setting while making the most of the beautiful coastal outlook. The fully fitted kitchen, complete with a central island, is ideal for preparing meals together, with the adjoining dining area providing plenty of space for group dining. A separate television room offers an additional space for children and teenagers to unwind.
Trevose View sleeps up to 15 guests across seven bedrooms, including a super-king bedroom with sea views, two king-size rooms, three twin bedrooms and a further bedroom with three single beds. Just lovely to stay in polzeath and not have to get in a car! So many lovely walks from the house . Just lovely to watch the surf from the window! The house itself is fairly basic in decor but this makes it more relaxing and homely! The new heating is great!!
