The vista from Pencreek’s open plan living room/dining room/kitchen and two of its spacious bedrooms are some of the most delightful uninterrupted views in St Mawes. From the seven yard long balcony you have views of the harbour and quay, Summers Beach through to Falmouth Bay, sweeping in the River Percuil at Place, the boat moorings and the partly wooded National Trust St Anthony Headland. On clearer days it is possible to see the English Channel the Manacles on the Lizard Peninsula including the Helford Estuary.
You enter the property at the ground floor into a small entrance lobby which provides access to both the stairs to the first floor and a small utility area with washing machine, tumble drier and the oil fired boiler. On the first floor is the main L shaped open plan living area with modern high specification kitchen with fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, double electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a range of cupboards; adjacent to the kitchen is the comfortable living area with TV and DVD player and at the back of the room is the dining area. There is also a toilet on this floor. The first floor hall also leads up to the second floor and the bedrooms consisting of a double and a twin with sea views and a second twin. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
