This one bedroomed apartment is beautifully presented, well equipped and has a view towards the harbour and the entrance to the Percuil River. There is the added bonus of use of the roof garden at Beach Hall, fully enclosed, which has stunning panoramic views over the Percuil River, St Mawes harbour and the coastline beyond. Here you can enjoy relaxing with your morning coffee, lunch, or an evening drink before the sun goes down on another perfect day.
Set right in the centre of the lovely village of St Mawes just a few steps from the harbour, Seaspray is the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Roseland peninsula. Within the popular Beach Hall building, Seaspray is so conveniently positioned in this famous waterside village with beaches, a range of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops are all close at hand. Ferries run from the harbour in St Mawes to Falmouth and around the estuary and the whole area is a haven for walkers. There are miles of coastal and countryside walks to take in and some idyllic beaches on which to relax and watch the world go by. Beach 1 mile.
A security deposit of £200 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we will take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.

No mobile phone signal in apartment disappointing, but having lived in Cornwall not unexpected. No Wifi however is not really good enough for 2025. Also no bins in toilet or bathroom could be rethought.Apartment description says one step up to apartment, this is true but the fifteen steps down to the apartment was deliberately excluded from the description.Booking form 'any disabled guest box' was ticked. However holiday experience, location, amenities first class, apartment very comfortable. By all accounts the roof terrace was a very good amenity, especially as we had fantastic weather during our stay unfortunately though, although my wife could quite easily manage the one step up into the apartment the roof terrace proved to be too much. Overall, very impressed with Sea Spray.

A great location right on the front. A sea view from living room and bedroom. Well appointed kitchen. The only thing I would suggest is an indication that it is 15 steps down to the flat, and up of course, which can be an issue for those less able.
