Lovely place very clean, everything you could need ,like a home frome home hosts were very friendly. If you want to just chill out and enjoy the setting ,there are puzzles, walks around there land with lovely ponds, lakes and picnic area,BBQ at property, we were also lucky to have a table tennis table which we all enjoyed .Otherwise lynton and lynmouth,Dunkery beacon are all with 30 mins .You are also able to get a shop delivered there rather than lugging it all with you which I thought was a bonus. Also the property's can interlock so if you wanted to with friends it's perfect.
