This comfortable ground floor home has a spacious kitchen area, and open plan living area with the view from both the living and bedroom windows. Guests can relax outside where seating is provided for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine, taking in the views.
West Charleton sits just five minutes away from Kingsbridge. There are stunning walks through fields and alongside the estuary. West Charleton marsh is popular with nature and bird watchers and within easy reach of The Retreat. The popular town of Salcombe is a short drive or can be accessed on the foot ferry from East Portlemouth. The beach at Torcross is just fifteen minutes away along with access to the South West Coast Path. This comfortable, dog friendly property is a perfect base for exploring the South Hams, and fabulous scenic walks are just across the road.
