Love number 10 Lower Street, the location is amazing, hence we often book twice a year! It’s always clean and well maintained, apart from the odd light bulb gone here and there and the difficulty we always have getting the tv/dvd to work despite complicated amd confusing instructions (FYI there is no Panasonic controller), but apart from those niggles everything was great as usual. The apartment is warm, welcoming and is incredibly convenient for shops, restaurants, pubs and is just one street back from the lovely River Dart, from the lounge windows there is a limited river view of passing yacht masts between the two riverside properties in front. Parking is free with the included permit in Mayors Avenue carpark, a short walk away by Marks and Spencer Food), but you can unload outside the apartment and sometimes find a space right outside if you’re lucky, in high season parking restrictions apply, otherwise after October it’s much easier. Other forms of transport are plentiful, bus, boat, ferry or steam train, you are spoilt for choice in this lovely place. Enjoy!

Fabulous location, we were lucky enough to get a parking spot right outside so left the car there for the trip and got the busses to to get around. The apartment is lovely and would thoroughly use again. Great choices of bars and restaurants in Dartmouth and Kingswear as well as a bus ride to Totnes or Brixham. Lovely little shops to mooch around and a large choice of places to get a Pasty for breakfast.

We’ve just returned from yet another great holiday at this lovely apartment, as ever it was clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is so convenient for everything, shops, pubs, river, transport links etc etc all within a few minutes’ scenic walk. We are so used to it now number 10 apartment 3 has become like a second home to us, it says it all that we keep coming back. There were a couple of issues with the tv while we were there, DVD player not working, no Netflix or extra channels, but we couldn’t work out whether that was just us that was out of date, not the tv etc!
