This semi-detached, ground floor barn conversion provides light and airy accommodation with vaulted ceilings, adjacent to the owner’s home. The Hayloft is idyllic for a small family who are looking for a contemporary property, which is also close to many beaches, and is situated in the heart of South Devon.
The cosy and homely living space benefits from a wood burner, which is perfect for a relaxing evening in with your family, after a day of exploring this beautiful location. Alternatively, in the summer, there is a lovely enclosed courtyard garden to the front, where guests can lose themselves in their favourite book.
This delightful holiday property is close to all amenities, and is situated just off the A379, between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Instead, guests can keep themselves close, and head to the village pub for a quiet drink and a bite to eat.
There is a private farm lane down to Frogmore and Salcombe estuary which then meets the public footpath to Frogmore or West charleton.
Beach 4 miles. Shop 100 yards, pub ¼ mile and restaurant 2 miles.

We had a lovely last minute stay. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. Such a beautiful location, you can't fully appreciate this from the pictures in fairness but some lovely views from the outdoor space. Given we were a family we did a fair amount of washing so a better clothes airer/ outdoor airer would have been great.Ideal location for us and the walk to Frogmore via the farm track was lovely too.

This is a perfectly acceptable, clean and comfortable single storey barn conversion that abuts the owners property. Our main observation is that it has been shoe-horned to sleep four people when it is really only suitable for two (or three at an absolute maximum). We were a group of three adults and it was fine during the summer, but for four adults, especially during the winter it would be unpleasantly tight with a very, very small living area and only one bathroom. Equipment was adequate and cutlery was clean but it has a very tiny refrigerator and no freezer (just a small ice box): we struggled with three people but for four it would be hopelessly inadequate.

Beautiful location.We enjoyed the outside patio to relax in and have our evening meals.The accomodation had everything we could need.Bright and airy rooms.It was so homely and relaxing.Very clean and lovely to stay in.Thankyou to Noreen and her husband for a wonderful holiday stay.
