Very clean and comfortable with an amazing view! Spent a few days going round revisiting places I knew in my childhood. Talley, Llandeilo, Carmarthen.

Set in the depth of the countryside accessed along a country lane is the haven that is Peny Bryn. The annexe is well serviced with all you need. But my favourite was sitting reading on the swing chair enjoying the stunning view across the valley.

Mr & Mrs Davies greeted me at 20:45 on a Sunday evening. They proceeded to give me an induction but I said no need after a long day of travelling. Everything is self explanatory and very easy. Courtesy Welsh Cakes and milk in the fridge. Its all relatively pristine clean in a nineties era decor. Plenty of storage space in the double wardrobe. Oven looks like its never been used. Fully fitted kitchen with washer dryer. On demand tv and high speed broadband. Superb parking space. Unfortunately the curtains in the bedroom are not lined, so its light at 06:00. Idyllic panoramic views and very peaceful. Shower presure and hot water could be better, a minor grumble. The mattres is very soft, heating on timer and adjustable via a thermostat control in the hallway. Everything else was great. Oh some large plates instead of childs plastic ones would have been appreciated. I cooked every evening after working in Llandovery each day.
