There is a lake 8 yards from property. There are 3 steps to garden, no handrail.. Just a few miles from the north Devon coast, this Scandinavian-style, detached lodge is the perfect holiday escape. Nestled amidst a stunning country estate where fishing is available, it overlooks wildlife gardens, yet is just a few miles from North Devon and North Cornwall’s Heritage coastline. Just 4 miles from Clovelly. Beaches at Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde Bay are all within easy reach. Shop 6 miles, pub and restaurant 2½ miles.
Please note that outside both patio doors there are 3 steps down to the decking, only the side patio has a hand rail, so care is needed. However, as an alternative, the main door can be used that does have a handrail. The lake is 8 yards away. The owner will accept family bookings and couple bookings only. The folding beds are not suitable for adults. Maximum occupancy 6 adults and 1 child..
