Chagford has a variety of shops, a Sunday market and picturesque Castle Drogo. Gardeners will delight in RHS Rosemoor, and at the Dartington Crystal centre you'll gain fascinating insights into glasswork - both are within 18 miles. Your nearest beach is the sandy expanse at Westward Ho!, 28 miles away.
