The Cider Barn is beautifully renovated and well located for a wide variety of holiday possibilities. The location is quiet and the hosts are extremely friendly. They genuinely care that guests have a successful break. It is very close to local amenities, so you can hit a supermarket a few miles up the road when you arrive, there are places to eat and takeaways aplenty. The barn itself is well appointed and an easy place to cook in, so you really don't need to go out if you don't want to.As with all holidays, totally unknown local roads suddenly become your daily pathway to everywhere, and in this case, these roads are lovely and no part of your daily journey is boring or on major roads.Everything is close. Even the far away places are usually not much more than half an hour, so walks, tourist attractions and nice views are very accessible. Finally, the barn has everything you need, is completed to a high standard and feels very clean. The owners are keen to help you find places to go that suit you, so don't hesitate to ask.

We come back here every year and are always made to feel most welcome. It is an ideal base to explore the area. There is loads of literature on places to visit and the owners also have alternative suggestions as well.
