We really enjoyed staying at Cherry Cottage. It was very nice and cosy, very well suited to people with dogs and it was lovely and quiet! We will definitely be back again!

I’ve lost count now, if the recurring years we’ve enjoyed a week at Cherry cottage, this last week we were also blessed with relatively great weather ( for October) too! It’s sort of central for Crewkerne itself, Yeovil, Bridport, West Bay, & we also pay a visit to a great pub in West Chinnock, called The Muddled Man, a true real ale traditional pub, where the 92 year old owner does the cooking , Sunday lunch is so traditional, just like your mother used to make with thick slices of beef etc, (not gourmet dining or setting, but they don’t advertise as such!), his son Gary ( co-owner) runs the bar - hi-light of our stay!Only thing to mention is the bedroom door could do with some WD40!!Health permitting, we’ll 100% be back.

Cherry cottage is an excellent place to stay for a relaxing holiday. It is very well equipped and presented to a high standard. A great location to visit several national trust properties and there is a good farm shop located in the village.
