Woodlands is a warm, spacious family property located in a rural area, just outside the village of Langford Budville in Somerset adjacent to a small garden nursery, and has an adjoining 220-acre nature reserve. This semi-detached property, which is quite private and not overlooked, is set between woodland and open countryside, with panoramic views to the Blackdown Hills in the lovely vale of Taunton Deane, on the Somerset/Devon border.
Woodlands has everything you need for a family holiday. It is well equipped for children, with children’s toys, games and DVDs, and even direct access to a shared playground with swings and slides. Guests can relax in the heated, outdoor 6-person hot tub in the garden, even in the winter time as it has a roof cover. Pure luxury! There is also a corner whirlpool bath in the main bathroom, a shower in one of the bedrooms which is en-suite, and another in a separate shower room. Coffee, cakes and light lunches are served in the cafe nearby and the village pub is within walking distance with real ales, open fires and good food.

We had an absolutly amazing stay at Woodlands. We travelled from the opposite side of the country to stay for a week and it didn't disappoint. 10 mins down the road is a Lidl so you can stock up on everything you need. There's a woods next door to go for a fun walk with the kids. There's a coffee shop on site that's lovely and does food too. The house is stunning, cosy and has everything you could possibly need and more. The kids room is great with toys provided. Everything in the house works beautifully too. It was a home away from home. The hot tub was a huge hit with the whole family. The lovely owners provided us with some tea towels and cleaning equipment which is not even thought about taking so that was really helpful! but I'd say take shampoo and conditioner (can't believe I forgot those) - hairdryer is provided ❤️. I really don't have a negative thing to sayI couldn't recommend this place more, and would 100% stay again. We did have a look but next Christmas it's already booked up and we can understand why. If you're on the edge of booking, go for it because you won't regret it! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. It was a very much needed relaxing stay.

Lovely house everything you possibly need.toij our dogs there were dig bowls blankets and even treats.everywhere very clean and fresh.we lit the fire one evening very cosy.hit tub was amazing my granddaughter loved it.ideal for walking around cottage and visiting lots of local attractions
