A television with freeview and DVD player is situated in the sitting room, and wireless internet is available at no extra cost.
A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
A cot is available, it is stored in the wardrobe in the double bedroom. A stair gate is also provided.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Plum Tree Cottage is fitted with oil-fired central heating which will be programmed for you but can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.
A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive.

Our second stay at the house. Beautifully clean, warm and well-equipped. Comfortably furniture, good showers with thick towels, decent TV. Great enclosed garden. Porlock is a well-functioning small town with a small Spar stor providing essentials, hardware shop, chemist, butcher, and other shops and.... Our second stay at the house. Porlock is a well-functioning small town with a small Spar stor providing essentials, hardware shop, chemist, butcher, and other shops and places to eat. Post office with walking equipment is great. Bake Me Crazy does very good cakes and sourdough bread. The coast, inland hills and Holnicote Estate (NT) are very good for walking. Support for any issues from Hazel is very prompt and much appreciated.
