Fantastic apartment with a lovely view out to sea. Such a homely feel and so comfortable. Great location as you can walk along the sea front into Paignton. Also access to good transport links, so don’t always need to use the car. Great car parking space right outside the apartment block. Lovely welcome pack, just right for a cuppa and a biscuit on arrival 😀 Would thoroughly recommend this apartment in Paignton.

This is our 3rd visit to Belvedere Court in a different flat each time. Its our" go to "destination for Paignton. Very spacious flat, excellent en suite shower, comfy bed. Parking is at the door. Lift not working as I write this (March 2026). Not a problem for us but maybe for others. A resident seemed to think it had been out of order for a while. We' ll definitely be back.
