This holiday flat has everything that you need. It is like a home from home complete with the bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine. It has off road parking, sea views, is just across the road from the beach and a short walk to the pier, town centre and plenty of pubs and restaurants.Within the area there are plenty of things to do and a great bus service if you dont want to use the car (A Torbay group day rider for up to 5 people travelling together is worth using and covers all of the English Riviera).I would not hesitate to book this property again if I was returning to the area.

Very nice flat , very clean , everything worked fine,good location , shame about the building works on the green which did spoil the view . I think torbay council should spend some money on paignton as it is a little bit run down , as a base for seeing other places paignton is ideal.Apart from that the beaches are brilliant and there is plenty to do.

I would give the apartment 4.5 stars. Lots of great things but the TV was far too small especially for the size of the room. Well equipped and clean. It is a shame about the view with the building work going on along the sea front but it is a necessity and nothing can be done. We had such a great time that we have booked for next year. I believe the work will be completed by then and the view will be restored. It won’t stop us having a great time. We first stayed in this accommodation in 2022. It now has a new owner and so pleased that they have really spruced it up. It is in a good location with excellent bus services, which we used everyday. It is great to have a dedicated parking space. The apartment block is peaceful and we didn’t hear any neighbours.
