I would give the apartment 4.5 stars. Lots of great things but the TV was far too small especially for the size of the room. Well equipped and clean. It is a shame about the view with the building work going on along the sea front but it is a necessity and nothing can be done. We had such a great time that we have booked for next year. I believe the work will be completed by then and the view will be restored. It won’t stop us having a great time. We first stayed in this accommodation in 2022. It now has a new owner and so pleased that they have really spruced it up. It is in a good location with excellent bus services, which we used everyday. It is great to have a dedicated parking space. The apartment block is peaceful and we didn’t hear any neighbours.

This is the 7th time we have stayed in this excellent apartment. a great location with great views across the whole of Torbay. Parking space is right outside the entrance to the apartment which is just up one flight of stairs so is very easy for unloading/loading luggage to and from car. Easy 15 minute level walk into Paignton town centre. We already have another week booked for this year and 2 more for 2027.

Fantastic apartment with a lovely view out to sea. Such a homely feel and so comfortable. Great location as you can walk along the sea front into Paignton. Also access to good transport links, so don’t always need to use the car. Great car parking space right outside the apartment block. Lovely welcome pack, just right for a cuppa and a biscuit on arrival 😀 Would thoroughly recommend this apartment in Paignton.
