Lovely apartment with stunning views. Very well equipped. Loved the welcome pack. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Easy walk to Goodrington or Paignton beaches and lots of places to eat nearby. Parking is a plus.

The welcome pack excellent, Needs a deep clean in cupboards, bathroom,and bed duvet had blood stains.All utensils for cooking were available,Photography gives the impression of bigger rooms.Maintenance need on gutters,weeds growing out of them,and windows require cleaning
