This apartment has no views at all but a small courtyard with a raised planter in the centre. That is literally the only, tiny, drawback. It's otherwise absolutely perfect, well-appointed with everything anyone could possibly need. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely big bathroom, beautiful nautical-themed decor, big master bedroom with ensuite shower.The lounge diner is open plan and has a, spacious feel to it with a 3-seater sofa, armchair by the patio doors to the courtyard, TV on the wall and board games in the sideboard. The dining table has 3 chairs and a bench. There is a utility cupboard in the bathroom with laundry facilities and a vacuum cleaner. The driveway is very steep so unloading in the space outside the courtyard is recommended. For larger/longer vehicles the top of the drive can be difficult to negotiate due to a tight turn between buildings.Parking is at the end of the drive at the bottom of the hill and is also where the access gate to the beach is located. This gate is only about 50 metres away from the promenade and the beach and Youngs Park is adjacent. It took us only 20 minutes to walk into central Paignton.

We have stayed at Vista apartments many times. We find the location between Paignton and Goodrington. Suits us perfectly..On recent stay number at No five was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable the bathroom and ensuite we are very clean and the showers were quite powerful..We never cook when we’re on holiday, so I can’t say what the equipment was like, but there seen plenty of it.We stayed there over Christmas and found the property to be very warm on the central heating kept the place nice and toasty.The settee is a bit low and maybe could do with replacing the Internet isn’t very powerful but it suited our needs. Overall, we will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.
