This one-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of the New Esplanade Court building in Paignton, rests just a stone’s throw away from the seafront along the Devonshire coast. Perfectly suited for a couple or a family looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. After finding the allocated parking space, make your way through a shared hallway past other apartments to your new home away from home, stepping into a light and airy open-plan living space for an evening of unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining table is a great place to enjoy a hearty breakfast before a busy day exploring the local area and the living area is a comfortable place to relax and unwind. Discover the family bedroom which is furnished with a double bed and a triple bunk bed comprising of a single bed over a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath offering the choice of a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.
During the summer months, you can make use of the outdoor communal heated swimming pool which is available to use between 1st May to 30th September, perfect for a refreshing morning swim before it gets busy. If you wish to use the swimming pool and the cover is on, you are welcome to remove it yourself. Instructions on how to do this are in the information book in the apartment and on the noticeboard by the swimming pool.
Wander into the local town and expect to find a great selection of pubs, bars and restaurants, ideal for grabbing a bite to eat during those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking. With Paignton Beach just a couple of minutes’ walk away, pack your beach bag and head off for a seaside adventure, basking in the sun and sand. For those looking to get their steps in can join the breath-taking South West Coastal Path, providing great wildlife spotting opportunities.

Relaly great stay, the flat is larger than it seems in thenpictures with brand new kitchen and appliances and a large outdoor space with seating. We were a family of four (including a 2yr old) and had a very comfortable stay. The pool was really great and never too busy and location was fab, steps from the beach and pier, with lots of family friendly activities. The apartment had a washing machine and dishwasher and 2 smart TVs and my husband even managed to work from home one of the days with WiFi working very well. The host was very helpful and proactive, giving us an early check in and late check out which was really appreciated! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, everything you need and very comfortable it's a bonus having the garden area. We have stayed in the Garden apartment several times and always enjoy.We had the carnival and firework display.Paula and Kevin are always on the end of the phone if you need them
