Our stunning family-owned caravan sleeps up to 8 people, featuring a Master double bedroom with TV, en-suite W/C & wash basin, two twin bedrooms and a shower room with additional W/C and wash basin.

The spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area opens out onto a large wrap-around decking patio with lovely outdoor patio furniture to enjoy those home-cooked or takeaway meals al fresco or even just a nice cold glass of wine or beer on a sunny day.

Our caravan is well equipped with everything you will need for a very comfortable home-from-home stay. All bedding and towels are included, and all beds will be made up for you, prior to your arrival.

The caravan is situated just a few minutes walk from all the facilities.

Hoburne - the park offers an amazing entertainment itinerary including Live production shows - Cabaret acts - Comedians - Family gameshows - Lots of children's entertainment for all ages with 'Sammy Squad' the wonderful team of children's entertainers, and of course Bingo too!! The indoor pool has a fantastic flume, and the outdoor pool is heated.

Plus, new for 2024, a comprehensive refurbishment of the entertainments centre and swimming pools and cabled WIFI direct to our caravan for your use free of charge.

The famous Goodrington Sands beach is a casual 15-minute walk from the caravan park accessed via a footpath where you can spend the day enjoying the golden sands, food and drink at the Brewers Fayre, watch the steam train go past or even have a fun-filled adventure day at the Splashdown Quay West Waterpark adjacent to the beach.

There are many places close by to explore, including the 'Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway', 'Cockington Village' with its exquisite thatched roofed properties is a must, as well as the numerous beaches and attractions just a short drive away. The 'Coastal Footpath' is accessible from many places, but Berryhead, above Brixham, offers some of the best vantage points to view the stunning South Devon coastline scenery.
