Our holiday home is situated on a large, grassed area at Waterside Holiday Park and faces the sea for the perfect view. It has spacious dimensions, has a well designed layout, double glazing and central heating, so whatever time of year you take your holiday you will be able to relax and enjoy the fantastic SEA View and steam trains as they pass by in comfort. If you are looking for a relaxing get away, this is the perfect place.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge freezer, gas hob, grill and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery ,utensils and plenty of storage space. Electricity and gas is mains supplied so no further costs to you.

Spacious dining area, good size table and 4 comfortable chairs with a view towards the sea and outside area.

Spacious, comfortable Lounge with free standing sofa bed and two arm chairs, one that rotates, television, DVD, cupboard and shelf unit, coffee and side tables, plenty of lighting options and sockets, electric coal effect fire for extra warmth when required. Wi-fi internet.

Patio doors open out on to the extensive decking with additional seating to make the most of the sea views and watch the sailing boats and sea life in the bay.

Main Bedroom: has a King size bed, double mirrored wardrobe with drawers below, single wardrobe with drawers below, dressing table with shaver/tooth brush connection and an essential en suite.

Second Bedroom has two single beds with a wardrobe and drawers, additional storage above the beds, bedside cabinet and a large mirror.

1 King, 1 double & 2 single duvets and 6 pillows are provided, linen is not provided, so please remember to bring your own linen; sheets/duvet covers and pillow cases, towels and tea towels etc. Bed linen can be ordered in advance [2 weeks] from reception if required.

Bathroom has a full size bath with a powerful shower. The thermostatic taps have a safety button, ideal for young children.

Bathroom cupboard with shelves above. Large mirror with light, above the sink, close coupled toilet. Boiler is located in the bathroom concealed by a cupboard but has easy access for heating controls when required.

Outside: An extensive non-slip decking to the front and all along the side of the caravan with outside lighting, equipped with table and chairs.

Enjoy the Sea View and relax during the day and in the evening to see the glorious sunsets.

Onsite facilities include a new indoor swimming pool/Jacuzzi, Restaurant, traditional English pub style, entertainment venue, passes are required to use the pool and are available from reception for a small charge per person.

Seaview Retreat is in a prime location on the Holiday Park to enjoy everything on offer or just relax and watch the world go by. It is in the heart of the English Riviera, there are so many places to explore and visit to make your holiday a memorable one.
