This cosy, traditional, farm character cottage is situated on the owners’ small estate, and 2 miles from the charming Suffolk town of Eye. It retains some original beams and studding, with steepish stairs to quaint dormered bedrooms. It is good value holiday accommodation for couples and small families, with good walks and is about 25 minutes from Woodbridge and the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The Broads and Constable Country are each an easy drive. Shop and pubs 2 miles.

Lovely little cosy cottage in a beautiful place. It was very cosy and peaceful. Lots of kitchen untencels to make cooking an ease, it was basic but had everything we needed. Beautiful views from each window of the gardens. would visit again

Great value cottage. Jean is a very welcoming host. We loved having her friendly dogs come to greet us as we drove towards our cottage. The cottage was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. There's no WIFI, but we were able to make do using our 4G. The kitchen was very well equipped which made self-catering very easy. Overall our stay was a nice experience.

Lovely quiet and comfy cottage in a beautiful setting with everything you need. Close by to some nice villages - Eye in particular. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
