Set over three floors, there are six bedrooms and three bathrooms, two sitting rooms, a large farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room with an electric range for cooking on and a magnificent oak dining table in the spacious dining room. Each room enjoys beams and intricate building features, and has been designed to make full use of the space, ensuring your break away is an experience to remember.
Cravens Manor is set in two acres of gardens with extensive lawns and grassed areas. Within the grounds there is a heated outdoor swimming pool and patio areas including a barbecue. It is well-situated to enjoy all that the Suffolk Coast has to offer, with the Norfolk Broads and rspb’s Minsmere close by. The well-known Adnams Brewery is a short drive away, but there are a variety of pubs and restaurants for eating out. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

What a magnificent place for our extended family (12 in total) get together. The Manor was plenty big enough for us all - room for the kids to get lost either inside or outside. Some very quirky rooms and floors - less active guests should be accomodated on the first floor as the stairs to the second are quite steep. The kitchen is well equipped with more than enough cutlery and crockery. There are two fridges and a freezer so plenty of room for food and cold drinks! The pool is in a beautiful setting and has sunbeds and chairs. It was a godsend in the hot week we had. Hot weather also meant that we always ate outside either at the patio tables or at the table near the BBQ.Despite being peacefully in the middle of nowhere there are a selection of pubs within a short drive. The beach and pier at Southwold are lovely Don't automatically park in the beach car park as the road to the beach and the sea front have substantial free roadside parking.Nearest shop is in the village of Wangford which has a good selection of food/drink. Wangford also has a Farm shop.

Just returned from a girl’s weekend, 12 in total, staying at Cravens Manor for 3 nights.The house is specious, well decorated & comfortable.Even though it’s an old house with single glazing, the whole house was kept warm & cosy, with the added bonus of a log fire.We had a lovely, relaxing time and couldn’t fault anything.The hosts are very responsive to any questions.Would highly recommended this property, it’s definitely on the list of places to return to!
