Amazing cottage, excellent quiet location, a view over the nature reserve with no noise other than wildlife was just perfect. We had visits from the barn owl and deer. Set up well for dogs, fenced in grass area and lovely quiet private lane walk. Has all equipment you could ever need. A lovely welcome gift was greatly appreciated. Thank you to Philip and Sarah for sharing such a beautiful part of Norfolk. Wish we had booked for longer just to sit in the garden and watch the view.
