"lovely cottage in a perfect central location"
    Norman – 10 Sep 2018
"We spent 3 very enjoyable nights at S15959. We arrived early but Tina was quite happy you allow us to leave our luggage and contacted us as soon as she had finished cleaning etc. The cottage was spotlessly clean and everything we could have needed was provided. The location was perfect - within a couple of minutes walk of the town centre. Warwick castle which is well worth visiting is 10 minutes walk away. We would not hesitate to return."
    Tristram – 7 Sep 2018
"We enjoyed our stay in this small, historic “city cottage” ideally suited for a couple exploring Warwick on foot from the doorstep. Apart from one unavoidable day trip out of town by car, we managed a week without it. In fact, our original intention had been to travel by train from home. Every amenity is within easy walking distance and we found the local park excellent for a healthy walk first thing in the morning. You’ll have plenty of company as this park is very popular for exercise. Also for quiet relaxation by the River Avon at any time of the day."
    Elaine – 30 Apr 2018
"Fantastic location to visit all the interesting places in Warwick just park your car when you arrive and no need to use again if you don't want to. There is a good bus service into Stratford and Coventry.Amazing diversity of eateries to choose from. Although the cottage is on a busy road the traffic didn't disturb our sleep. The cottage has everything you could want and Tina was on hand if needed. The cakes that greeted us on arrival were absolutely delicious."
    Brendon – 2 Apr 2018
"Wow, what a great place and great location. Perfect for exploring Warwick and its surroundings.Tina was fantastic, called and gave all the information we needed, clearly and with no confusion. And great recommendations. Her place is lovely, so comfortable and well equipped."
    Lynn – 16 Mar 2018
"Lovely cottage right in the heart of Warwick with parking. Would definitely stay there again."
    Helen – 23 Feb 2018
"Perfectly located close enough to Warwick to walk to all amenities and attractions.Lovely small house with small conservatory and courtyard garden to enjoy when sunny. Lively and clean with lots of little personal touches provided by the owner. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat out at with enough variety that you can tour the world in a week.Highly recommend and would definitely return."
    Anna – 12 Feb 2018
"Beautifully presented, comfortable, warm, quaint cottage. Excellent location; less than 10 minutes walk away from historical sites of interest including the castle. Bus stop just outside to stratford-upon-Avon. Owner left plenty kitchen and food essentials: cloths, washing up liquid, milk, teabags, coffee, cake (!) etc. Parking was straightforward and 100 yards away from the property using the permit (the closest spaces had been taken). However you can park directly outside on the pavement if you wish, though we preferred not to. Castle balti Indian restaurant was excellent, 5 minute walk away. We absolutely intend to stay at S15959 again and would highly recommend it."
    Sara – 28 Dec 2017

    Waqar – 13 Oct 2017
"I booked the cottage for some visiting family. Tina was a great host and everything was sorted before our visit. It's ideally located, clean, well equipped and really good value for money."
    Shaun – 6 Oct 2017
"We had a fabulous week in Warwick staying in S15959. We travelled to Warwick by train but had no problems getting around the area with the bus station being only 5mis walk and rail station 20mins walk from the cottage. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. It is well positioned for the local supermarket and only a couple of minutes from the town centre which has a good selection of restaurants. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the conservatory/dining room with its views of the enclosed garden and patio area, which would be great for outdoor dining in the warmer months. The lounge and bedroom were both well furnished and comfy. The owner was very pleasant and we will almost definitely be returning in 2018."
    Andrew – 4 Sep 2017
"Ideal location to walk out. Was able to park right outside with no issues. Great little cottage and very close to the Castle. We will be back."
    Nigel – 11 Aug 2017
"The cottage is extremely well located, being within easy walking distance of Warwick town centre with its wealth of attractions and amenities. We particularly enjoyed visiting the castle and also Lord Leycester hospital, which is within sight of the cottage. Boating on the Avon can also be recommended, as can the local bakery and butcher's shop. Further afield, Stratford is a pleasant cycle along a National Cycle Network route, while Birmingham can easily be accessed by train. All in all, we found lots to do, with the cottage being an excellent base from which to roam."
    Sjak – 21 Jul 2017
"Nice, lovely clean cottage with all the required equipment for a perfect week. Landlady is very friendly and concerning. Good location, just 2 minute walk from the castle. Free off-road parking supplied. Will visit again for sure!"
    Uwe – 23 Jun 2017
"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is very well located in Warwick in walking distance to local sights and making day trips to Oxford, Stratford or the Cotswold. The owner was very nice and supportive when we had little problems with some kitchen appliances. The cottage was very clean with all amenities available as described. The little walled garden and the winter garden are lovely and quiet places to spend time in the cottage. If windows are open occasional traffic noise in the bedroom becomes somewhat noticeable during the night."
    Steven – 16 Jun 2017
"S15959 is very clean, comfortable and cosy. The cottage is small, but well laid out, with the bonus of a very nice secluded little garden. It is perfect for a couple and has everything you need, along with nice welcoming touches (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and fresh flowers) provided by its very friendly owner. It is perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the castle and all the amenities in Warwick. All in all, highly recommended."
    Thomas – 20 May 2017
"Brilliant. Great cottage and suited our needs exactly. We were visiting parents/in laws in Warwick but they did not have space for us to stay with them.Cottage is right in the centre of Warwick with an allocated parking space or permit if a bit tight right outside. Great micro brewery Bar just across the road, loads of takeaways and restaurants.Slept well in the upstairs bedroom and relaxed on the sofa during the day while my wife visited her mum and dad, yes I am that lazy.Highly recommended for 2 people accommodation in Warwick."
    Atlantean – 17 Apr 2017
"Lovely little cottage and as an estate would say "deceptively spacious". The downstairs has a good sized lounge. It gets better - there is a nice kitchen and a dining sun room plus a very cute secluded little garden: on a sunny afternoon a great place for a glass of wine.Upstairs a good bathroom and a large double bedroom. Comfortable matress and duvet.Location wise. Top. The castle is 5 minutes walk away as is the racecourse if you want a race meet. Warwick as a town has plenty of independent shops and a huge range of quality restaurants.Recommended!"
    Loraine – 6 Mar 2017

    Sarah – 13 Jan 2017
"This cottage is situated within the prime location of Warwick. I rented this cottage for a week, as was attending a family members wedding, which was nearby. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this one bedroom cottage, it was full of charm, character and most importantly it was relaxing and comfortable. It contains everything needed for your stay, with the important element of freedom, to explore and experience this lovely part of England. So if you are looking at this cottage on the internet, don't delay. Just book it now, because you will not be disappointed."
    David – 28 Dec 2016
"Super cottage, beautifully presented for a Christmas break. Very helpful and approachable owner."
"A lovely cottage, beautifully appointed with all the necessaries and extra. Only downside is busy road, but you can't hear that once inside and the road is wide. Recommend Chinese take-away, down the road on opposite side to cottage."
"Fantastic, beautiful quaint cottage....right in the heart of Warwick!pre communication was excellent, the host also left me a couple of items to help me while I stayed there. Parking was organised with the neighbours, so they knew not to use my space.I absolutely loved it, will definitely stay there again!"

"A gorgeous cottage perfectly placed for all the attractions of Warwick. Fresh flowers on arrival was a lovely touch. A short walk from the castle and the market, and very near to the pubs and restaurants of Warwick it is perfect for a relaxing getaway. "The parking was made difficult by less than obliging neighbours. There wasn't a Wifi connection and the TV had limited channels. However, the cottage, though small was very clean and cosy. The owner left us with coffee, milk and sugar plus and nice cake as a welcome and is planning to speak to the neighbours with regard to the parking."
"I would highly recommend a break at S15959. It is in a great location near the centre of Warwick, with a comfortable sitting room and a good size kitchen with everything needed. An excellent small conservatory and garden too.Being so close and convenient for the centre of Warwick, there are lots of restaurants and shops within an easy walk. With a small car, I was able to park in front of the cottage without problems and didn't use the car all week."

"The perfect location with a beautiful secluded garden! Easy parking across the road with the permit displayed. We very much appreciated the recommendations from Tina as there is such a choice of restaurants, tea rooms and places to visit within walking distance. A visit to Warwick castle & Stratford upon Avon (a short drive) a must. Tailors, Micatto and Catalan were our favourite restaurants. Also great interior/furniture shop opposite. In summary, S15959 is the perfect getaway, very relaxing."

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us tips and being on hand if we needed anything. We would highly recommend staying and will be telling our friends!"
"An excellent location for a peaceful break. Despite being on the main road it was quiet inside the cottage. Within a 10 minute amble to the centre of Warwick all amenities were available. We found plenty of things to do within a 30 minute drive. Parking was not an issue as the provided permit allowed street parking within 30 metres even when there were events at the Castle."
"A perfect cottage, beautifully presented, in an ideal location."
"A beautiful and very comfortable little cottage within easy walking distance of Warwick town centre. Lots of interesting places to visit on foot, we hardly needed to use the car at all."
"A charming cottage, well located, with lots of little touches that show the owner cares. Had a good mid week break. The parking outside the cottage is difficult and we were only able to use it for loading and unloading - our Mondeo was too big to be parked there. However we were always able to find a parking space within 200 yards with the permit provided."
"Excellent all round - a gem of a garden, lovely house, fantastic position, great weather, no need to use the car- all contributed to a relaxing get away. No problem with traffic noise or parking."
"This is a truly lovely cottage which is ideally located for exploring Warwick and its surroundings. The owner could not have been more helpful in giving directions and ensuring that the cottage is well-equipped and touches such as the fresh flowers and welcome cake give it a real home-from-home feeling. Definitely worth a visit!"
"This cottage is a gem, beautifully appointed and within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops, some interesting churches and of course the castle. The cottage also has a lovely little garden and conservatory. The owner has thoughtfully provided a folder with lots of information about Warwick itself and the surrounding areas and with recommendations for eating locally. The supply of tea and coffee were much appreciated, as were the cake and milk."
"I liked the fact the cottage was so near to everything, and it was only a 20 minute walk from the station too. The owner was very hospitable and provided a pint of milk and cakes on arrival. It was so lovely to have fresh flowers in the house. I loved the little conservatory and the walled garden. Thank you."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at S15959. It is a delightful property, comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished, full of period charm and with every amenity provided. The kitchen has top quality appliances and the owners have thought of every possible detail to make a stay there comfortable. There is a beautiful little garden to the rear and a lovely conservatory dining area. A brilliant location for visiting some lovely National Trust properties in the area."
"A very enjoyable stay, in a beautiful little cottage. Lots of places to visit nearby, including Warwick castle just around the corner and plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance. Stratford upon Avon is less than 20 minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend this cottage for a nice break away. "

The situation is so convenient, being right in the heart of Warwick, and yet once you are in the cottage you are in your own little world. The garden is idyllic! Would love to stay again :-)"

"Small but very comfortable and well appointed and equipped cottage in a great location.Tina made us very welcome (with cake!) and gave us lots of help and information. There was one small problem which was fixed quickly and cheerfully. We would definitely stay again. Warwick is great for history lovers. Stratford is very close. The castle is an excellent attraction, but expensive : look out for offers before you go. Also recommend Lord Leycester Hospital (almost next door!) and the Parish church. Warwick Spice is a really good Indian restaurant. All in all a most enjoyable week. Aug 2011."
