Awaken with a home-cooked breakfast to fuel the day ahead and head out on foot to take advantage of your central location. Ludlow is an idyllic market town in the heart of Shropshire England. It is home to the impressive Ludlow Castle, as well as Whitcliffe Common Nature Reserve, and the River Teme, which meanders through the town and forms a beach at Millennium Green, where paddling is popular. The town is home to many restaurants and pubs, including the riverside Charlton Arms Hotel and Church Inn, which in summer months has a beer garden in the grounds of St Laurence’s Church. The local area is renowned for its natural beauty, with Carding Mill Valley, The Long Mynd, and Bircher Common, providing some of the most beautiful landscapes in the region. There are also many gardens and historic buildings close by. Venture further afield to the historical towns of Shrewsbury, Hereford, or Worcester, or perhaps explore the Malverns Hills. For all of this and more, escape to 2 The Villa.

Perfect for us as a couple. The Villa would lack privacy if it weren’t for the blinds on the windows. Great base for exploring Ludlow and surrounding area. The parking was quite tight, not one for people with a large car. We had a lovely weekend. Thank you

Kitchen was very good, had everything we needed to cook a dinner. The twin bed was very comfy, the double not so as one side dipped, however didn’t spoil the stay. Great location for town and lovely walks.

It was also very clean and comfortable, main bed is slightly hard and the second bed has a bit of a roll, also be careful in the shower it is quiet slippery. great to have a parking space and it was only a 10 minute walk into town.
