The Old Cider Mill in Ludlow, Shropshire, is a well-received cottage praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and location. Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities, the friendly owners, and the thoughtful touches such as cider gifts. While some minor issues are mentioned, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

Guests consistently note the cottage's spotless condition and the meticulous attention to cleanliness. The property is frequently described as immaculate, which indicates a high standard maintained by the owners.

The location is generally praised for its quiet, rural setting and proximity to Ludlow and other attractions. However, one review mentions it being remote with no amenities in walking distance, which slightly affects the score.

The comfort of The Old Cider Mill is highlighted by guests, with mentions of comfortable beds and sofas, and a cosy atmosphere. A few guests noted the property being very warm and one mentioned a soft mattress, but overall, the sentiment is very positive.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property being well-equipped. However, there are some concerns about Wi-Fi reliability, a small TV, and a BBQ that has seen better days, which suggests room for improvement in maintenance.

Many guests mention the thoughtful touches by the owners, including complimentary bottles of cider and homemade products available for purchase. While these gifts are highly appreciated, it is noted that such gestures are subject to the owners' discretion and may not be a guaranteed feature of every stay.
