It is in a very good position close to the Spa & beach. Very comfortable & nice decor. The negatives are the parking, our first day we had to park two roads away. We managed to get closer on the Monday. Also it is perhaps not dog friendly if like us you have a dog who barks at any noise, as the resident upstairs ( a nice chap) goes to work very early. If it had been just us I don't think it would have bothered us.

Good kitchen facilities ( though no coffee maker as advertised) - we eat out each day, and leave around 11am, come back around 8 pm, so never used other facilities..though the washing machine was used once and that was a great help, being able to peg outside in the locked back area.. The owner was very helpful in providing facilities to enable us to re-charge the mobility scooter ( many thanks!) The street is quiet, and the king size bed is the most comfortable ever. We arranged with the lovely neighbour upstairs, to park where he usually does, right on the frontage, because we intended never to move the car until we came home. He had parking on the roadside then, in front of us. Very near the Spa Theatre, and the promenade and beach. A perfect place for us. We really enjoyed, and would love to come again in the future.
