Situated within the grounds of a working farm and carpentry business in the picturesque hamlet of Grindale, Spring Farm Barn offers a relaxing retreat with its rustic characteristics of exposed beams and chalk wall, open view, log burning free standing fire and fully equipped farmhouse kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer en suite facilities. Also the luxury of an enclosed garden with hot tub to use privately during the day or under the stars at night!
Please note that the hot tub is emptied every Saturday and may not be up to temperature on your arrival.
There is a £100 security deposit payable by bacs, 1 week prior to your holiday. Please phone the owner for her bank details to arrange.

Lovely week spent in Spring Farm Barn. The accommodation is much bigger than photos suggest and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The secluded garden is a real bonus, complete with a whole range of wildlife. Within easy reach of the coastline and many lovely dog walks. This is a great base for a Yorkshire break.

We had another fabulous week on the east Yorkshire coast, with Spring Farm Barn as our base. It is a lovely, comfortable home with a secure garden and relaxing in the hot tub after a day out walking and at the beach was great. The weather was amazing which always helps, but this place is welcoming and comfortable whatever the weather. The photos really don't do it justice, we will definitely be back again next year!

We loved our stay here. The cottage is lovely and much larger than on the photos. The photos don't do it justice. The hot tub was fab after a long day walking the coast with flamborough, bridlington and bempton cliffs all very close.
