Guests say

Warehouse Number 3 in Bridlington is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location. Guests appreciate the friendly owners and the property's homely feel. While parking can be challenging and some noise from nearby nightlife is noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests looking forward to returning.

Guests consistently mention the cleanliness of the property, describing it as 'very clean', 'clean and tidy', and 'spotless'. This indicates a high standard of cleanliness maintained by the owners.

The location is generally seen as a strength due to its convenience for shops, restaurants, and the harbour. However, some guests note noise from nearby nightlife and occasional parking issues, which slightly affects the score.

Reviews frequently highlight the comfort of the property, with terms like 'comfortable', 'home from home', and 'spacious'. One comment about seating capacity suggests a minor issue for larger groups.

Facilities are well-regarded, with guests mentioning the well-equipped nature of the property and thoughtful touches. Some minor feedback on the need for additional kitchen utensils and storage for toiletries suggests room for improvement.

While guests mention a warm welcome and some nice gestures, such as a bottle of wine and chocolates, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful extras to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are appreciated but not guaranteed.
