We loved that the little station is across the road so went to Leighton Moss, Leeds and Morpeth. We love the 1 mile walk with views to Ingleborough, to the village shop, stream, wool product shop, the bike shop with coffee and cakes, the Sawmill cafe and the Cave walk en route to ingleborough. It’s a quiet beautiful area even in summer. Wonderful cycling and walking.

Lovely location Shower enclosure very small if you are a big person you would not be able to shower. Very basic with kitchen utensils etc. Cleanliness very hit and miss in the bathroom. Only one jcloth for cleaning so i could not clean the bathroom. Not enough logs for a fire. No cushions for the patio set. The slate hearth for the log burner stuck out so had to cover the edge else we would have caught our toes on it.
