Beverley House is a snug and well-equipped cottage in the lovely village of Pickering, ideal for families and long weekends. Guests appreciate the clean, tidy environment and the provided essentials upon arrival. The property's location is perfect for exploring the village, with amenities within walking distance. While some maintenance issues are noted, the charm and convenience of the cottage make it a desirable stay.
The cottage is generally appreciated for its tidiness, but some guests reported the need to vacuum upon arrival and mentioned issues with mould and dust. These points suggest room for improvement in cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for being perfect and wonderful, with easy access to local amenities and serving as a great base for exploring the area.
The cottage is described as snug and ideal for families, but some guests experienced discomfort due to heat on the top floor and minor issues with a smoke alarm and toilet flush.
Facilities are well-received with a well-equipped kitchen and nice garden seating area. However, maintenance issues like non-working lights, loose taps, and a lack of spare bulbs were consistently mentioned.
While guests found the property to be equipped with essentials upon arrival, there is no mention of gifts, and thus it is not possible to assess the level of thoughtfulness in terms of gifts.

Great cottage in need of a little TLC.Quite a few bulbs were out and the kitchen sink tap very loose. Needs a few extra glass tumblers too.

Excellent property in a perfect location, property provided everything we needed for our stay, on arrival we found it clean and tidy with tea and coffee provided and much appreciated, could see parking being an issue for some as we ended up having to park some distance away at times but not a big problem, village is wonderful with everything you might want only a walk away

Great cottage in a great place, but we had to vacuum on arrival and there was dirty grout and black mould in one of the showers. Several lights not working and no spare bulbs. Kitchen tap very loose. Would visit again provided these points were addressed.
