Excellent location, quiet, nice views, no through traffic, secure garden for the dog, local people very friendly. Internally the property looks very tired and dated, could do with a major overhaul. Others have commented on cleanliness - I can understand why - the essential bits are clean (kitchen, carpets, sofa, beds etc.) but there is a lot of dust in all the classic dust-traps: skirting boards, picture frames, window frames - needs a professional cleaner. It needs a new kitchen floor to get rid of the three levels, new window frames to get rid of the moss growing on the inside of the windows frames. We were there in warm weather, I'm not sure how well insulated the property is for anyone visiting in cold weather. No WiFi for me would not normally be an issue, however on this occasion it was because I needed to access the internet and do not have a mobile phone. The price was more than we usually pay (we booked quite late so had limited choice); we enjoyed or stay and would consider going there again - but there is room for improvement.
