Providing comfortable accommodation with quality furnishings and fittings, this Scarborough holiday apartment is a short walk from the town centre, with its excellent selection of restaurants, shops and pubs. A five minute walk brings you onto the seafront, with superb sandy beaches, amusements, cafes and seaside stalls. Enjoy the nearby Peasholm Park with its open air theatre, or walk along the promenade from North Bay to South Bay, watching the nesting sea birds on the high cliffs with the majestic castle above. Well worth a visit is the renowned Stephen Joseph Theatre in the round which features some excellent productions and has an on-site restaurant. For those in search of walking and cycling, the 23 mile Cinder Track runs from Scarborough to Whitby, taking in fine views of the coast and countryside, whilst the beautiful scenery of the moors is waiting to be explored. The English seaside town of Scarborough has been welcoming holiday makers for many years and still retains many of its original fine buildings. The North Bay has a safe, sandy beach whilst the golden sands of South Bay are broken by a rocky headland on which stands Scarborough Castle. The castle was built in the reign of King Stephen and has had a rich and varied history, making it well worth exploring. Peasholm Park has a beautiful lake where all sorts of boats can be hired from rowing boats to dragon headed pedalos, and visitors can while away the time messing about on the water. There are many attractions in and around this lovely seaside town, and with its wide range of restaurants, cafés and shops, Scarborough is a marvellous centre for a family holiday.
