Modern flat up one set of stairs. Right near centre.Parking for one car. Quite tight unless you can climb over passenger seat to get out you have to reverse in, not suitable for massive vehicle, especially when busy.Location easy to get to though. 2 double rooms. One bed splits but I think is just a king so beds would be 2ft 6ins, not 3ft wide.

A few small issues the bin in the kitchen needs replacing as the lid don't close had to put something on it to keep it closed, washer dryer would be ideal no where to dry your clothes, small bins in the bedrooms and as mentioned in previous comments the bath towels smelt of smoke. Other than that the flat is lovely and beautiful, very clean perfect location for town centre I would stop again and would recommend.

We had a good experience but from reading the guest book others have struggled to keep the designated parking space as other apartments use it regularly and refuse to vacate it. This meant we weren’t able to use the car during our stay for fear of losing the space. Other rentals in Whitby use bollards so why doesn’t Flat Lemonade?
