The photographs depicting Grey Rocks do not do it justice. The house is brand new and is of 5 star accommodation.My party of nine consisted of three generations aged from 6 months to 75 yr of age. We found the house large enough where we could relax in different areas and congregate communally as we spent the week together.The facilities were first class, a brand new kitchen with up to date appliances and all the extras a large group required.With two separate lounge areas with great views from panoramic windows. More than enough comfortable seating in both lounges and an outdoor upstairs verandah with again comfortable garden style furniture which due to the great weather we spent our evenings with a glass or two of wine.All the bedrooms were large with plenty of cupboards and everyone in our party complimented the quality of the beds which were as good as any I have slept in a top class hotel.There was plenty of parking for our three cars two of which were plug in hydrids and appreciated the wall mounted ev charger. Mervynn the owner informed me there was no time restrictions on the use of the charger as it was included with the accommodation.There is a large well kept garden to the front and rear of the house and due to the exceptional weather we made full use with my grand daughters playing badminton with their equipment they had brought with them.To finalise I have stayed at many properties over the years and can say this was the best accommodation I have stayed at and can only thank the owner Mervynn for one of the best holidays we have ever had.

A beautiful house. Really comfortable and roomy with exceptional aspect. Really wonderful views of the bay. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening sunshine. Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook our Easter roast lamb. Beautiful coastal walks, plenty to see and do nearby. Perfect retreat, thank you!
