Set in one of the most spectacular glens on the west coast of Scotland, the mountain and loch views are superb. It offers peace and solitude for a ‘get away from it all holiday experience’, excellent hill walking (Falls of Glomach nearby) and wildlife to explore for the outdoor enthusiast. Watch otters feed and play on the shoreline around the property with access to the bay via your own private track. Only a short drive to Eilean Donan Castle, Isle of Skye, Glenelg, Plockton, Lochcarron and Applecross. Visit historic sites like the Glenelg Brochs and Battle of Glenshiel, or nearby Attadale Gardens. Shop and pub 3 miles.

An absolute gem of a lochside retreat in Wester Ross. The panoramic water views from the cottage windows were just what we had hoped for, and we even had resident cormorants! Inside, the property was spotlessly clean, warm, and combined rustic Highland charm with all the modern comforts you could need. It provided the ultimate peaceful base for exploring the dramatic local landscape and relaxing by the water. Would highly recommend this magical Scottish getaway!

Beautiful setting, very comfortable accommodation, easy parking. All you can hear are the birds. We did not want to leave. Perfect to just sit and de stress looking at the loch in the sunshine. Would definitely return.

Island Bay View is a lovely place, plenty of room and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Beds are comfy and plenty of room to store your things. There are some books, games and a few jigsaws once you've had enough fresh air or if the weather turns for the worse. The views across the Loch are fantastic and uninterrupted, we even saw a couple of otters one evening. Value was outstanding, would definately stay here again.
