Arrived to no working televisions no instructions to be found, unable to get the microwave to go more than a minute and thirty seconds again no instructions, informed by the owner that you can't change the heating which seemed to come on randomly during our stay ,there was none the last night or the following morning of our stay. in the ensuite bathroom the hot tap is dripping constantly there is a drip from under the toilet and there was one bath mat between 2 bathrooms and no storage in the main bathroom. This is not our idea of a holiday cottage stepping through the door it's as though your entering someones home it's too personal and there is just too much stuff, the place is poorly laid out and crying out for a refurb. The location is very good there is plenty of wildlife to watch and it's very quiet.

We have been coming to this area for nearly 20 years, only just found this Cottage, will definitely book again. Very comfortable, well equipped, fantastic view and wildlife. Very highly recommended.

What an amazing place, could just sit staring out of the windows at the ever changing landscape all day. So clean, comfy and well equipped, even an 11hr power cut during the recent storm didn’t put a dampener on our holiday. We spent a lot of time just sitting up by the local ferry point watching the wildlife. Good pub within walking distance but make sure to book for dinner during high season plus a small village shop if you need essentials otherwise larger supermarkets are a good drive away so go prepared. Can’t recommend this place highly enough so much so we had already booked again for next year before we had even left.
