With the River Amman running alongside the garden, guests can enjoy a spot of fishing as there are fishing rights for this part of the river. Beach 19 miles. Shop and pub ½ mile, restaurant 3 miles.

Very OUT Dated. Expected the gardens to be fenced in, as we had 4dogs and that was the purpose of the break.Lighting Engineer was called to the property for over an hour and due to us having our dogs present felt uneasy and locked in. Multiple external cameras, felt like we were being watched. The bedding is so old and thread bare and felt dirty.The majority of the out doors furniture was not fit for purpose and was filthy.

Overall the holiday was lovely, however the house is very dated, needs a bit of tlc.There is no access to the balcony, despite this being used in advertising, and was only told there was no access once we arrived, citing health and safety issues. There was lots of out door security cameras, which we werent informed about before hand, as we would of had small children running round without many clothes on we didn't feel comfortable about this.We had a maintenance man arrive whilst we were out cutting grass without any prior knowledge and also just turn up to check something inside the house again no prior warning, and himself and a woman began walking back and forth through the garden collecting things from the rear maintenance building without a care in the world or the decency to ask if this was OK. Space wise it was great for all the kids.Kitchen utensils were dirty, but there was plenty of them.Beds were comfortable.Far too much signage everywhere about rules, and talk of extra charges.We didn't take our dogs but again so many rules about them I wouldnt say it is dog friendly at all.Lovely holiday with the family, just let down by the lack of care taken with the property.

We spent a week here. The house has loads of space and for our party of 7 was probably too big, very well set up with everything you need. Large grounds were great for the kids to play. Excellent communication, a couple of things we needed sorting were done within minutes. Quite a drive to beaches etc, which is fine if you're happy to remain local. This house is great for large groups but felt a bit unloved and not homely.
