I would have given a 4 star but there was no complimentary tea or coffee or biscuit. Other facilities I have stayed at had complimentary tray of above provided. However the cabin was very very clean and bed was made up before our arrival. The holiday resort had loads of activities for both the children and adults. The swimming pool was heated.

Awful staff. Not dog friendly. Customer service appalling. Caravan smelt like someone had been smoking in it all of the time. Just horrible. Left early. No outcome of complaint. Would not recommend or return
