An excellent apartment in a very good location. It should be noted the apartment we booked was not available. However, we were given an "upgrade" to the Belgrave no.3 apartment which is very good. Note this apartment is up a spiral staircase to the 3rd floor. The arrangement for the keys is confusing and to gain access it is necessary to find the Four Seasons hotel where the staff are very helpful. Aberystwyth is frustrating for parking and despite the website saying there is parking onsite it is not. We were lucky to be allocated a place at the hotel "overflow! " parking site as our stay was out of the main holiday season. A small point to mention ...on the seafront there are various catering vans. Opposite this apartment there is a van running a generator. With the windows closed the noise is audible and an irritating background noise. In summer with widows open ......During our stay we met the room turnaround team. They are very helpful and should be mentioned. The hot tub was not used by us but from the joyous sounds popular...shame it is located in a building site due to a fire a few years ago. We know the town over the years and have stayed at various " average " apartments. With a little more attention to detail and a rewrite of the site information this could be an above average holiday apartment. Would I recommend this apartment...yes...the management no.

We were actually moved to another room in an adjacent building #3 Belgrave House operated by the same property management company. It had a sea view, was spotlessly clean, had a full kitchen and was very well equipped. The location on the promenade was perfect.
