This is a comfortable, well equipped flat with super views from the windows and easy access to the beach down a private path. The flat is reached via two flights of stairs, but parking is just outside the front door. We walked into Aberystwyth, about 45 minutes away and enjoyed other walks from the property as well as visits to gardens and Hafod forest and a trip on the steam train from Aberystwyth.

A good well equipped holiday flat with character and splendid views. If there is a snag, it is the staircase climb to reach it; this is onerous and compounded by a further climb to reach the sleeping quarter. You need to be reasonably fit to get the best out of it!
