We so much wanted to enjoy this holiday, from the website it had everything we wanted. From the start as we entered the property the front gate was so rusted the hinges fell off and someone came out to fix the gate and ended up putting 3 plastic ties on it and never came back. The swimming pool had a problem with the filtration and was freezing even kids hardly used it because it was cold. Sauna did not work at all the games room was very cold. Snooker table had no white no black and missing 4 reds. The table hockey had no puck or second bat. The grass was taller than our dog, looks like no garden maintenance. Kitchen counter tops were very tatty with piece missing. The extractor fan was literally dripping with grease. In the main bedroom there are burn marks all over the carpet. Bedroom 2 had a wardrobe with no hanging rail. Lounge walls were covered in marks. The wooden flooring throughout the place must of got wet at sometime in the past and had warped and lifted by at least 2 inches and as you walked over it the noise was terrible. On the on suite there is black mould all around the bath. The main shower would overflow as plug hole was blocked. I could go on and on but I should of read the reviews online as it has all been reported previously. We left 3 days earlier as it was pointless as kids were not happy. One good point hot tub was great.

Amazing facilities for the whole family that kept us all entertained. The bungalow both inside and out, looked a little neglected in some places but I am sure with a little spruce it would be ok. I was not aware when I booked that CCTV cameras were around the place, although I understand the need for them but I would have been happy to have that information beforehand and consent asked for prior. We did have people turn up on the Saturday to say they had also booked the property through another company but I showed them my booking and they were quite irate about it and stayed in the driveway out front for a while arguing loudly on the phone which put us as a family feel uneasy. However, those things aside the location was great and the residents and community were very friendly indeed, especially the local shop which we visited often. The master bedroom the bed was so comfy and lovely mattress - although after a lot of swimming I was so tired but I had the best sleep ever!

We stayed as a group of six friends for three nights and had a brilliant time!The hottub was clean and at a perfect temperature all weekend, the sauna was well used and although the swimming pool was chilly we still managed to enjoy ourselves in it.The rooms were large and beds comfortable and having three toilets was a bonus too. There wasnt anything the kitchen lacked, literally more utensils than we have at home! There's a couple of nitpicky things to mention: there wasn't enough snooker balls for a game of anything, a mirror in the twin room would be useful, some hooks in various places would be great, a bit of high dusting needed and the pool has, apparently harmless, (we googled it). white bits floating in it. But honestly we would go again next week and had the most fabulous time!!
