Ideal for large groups or multi-generational holidays, the bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged over both the ground and first floors for easy access. The property also features two additional family bathrooms, including a modern ground-floor wet room—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, just a short walk away.
Inside, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is bright, social, and beautifully designed to make the most of the coastal setting, with large doors leading out to the sea-facing terrace. It’s a fantastic space for entertaining, whether you’re preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen (complete with two ovens), sharing a family breakfast, or enjoying drinks as the sun sets over the water. Additional features include a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and extra fridge/freezer to help you feel right at home. There is also private parking for up to three vehicles and a payable electric vehicle charging point for added convenience.
Step outside to a private, enclosed garden and terrace, where you can dine al fresco with breathtaking views of the coastline, unwind in the luxury swim spa, or simply relax under the veranda—perfect in any weather. Half of the kingsize bedrooms enjoy views over the Cardigan coast, allowing you to wake each morning to the sound and scent of the sea. Renovated at the beginning of 2020, Meusydd combines the comfort of a boutique hotel with the freedom and privacy of your own seaside retreat. Please note that the hot tub is available for use until 10pm daily, and we kindly ask guests to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours.

For security and peace of mind, please note that external areas of the property are monitored by cctv.

For the last 14 years we have been using holiday homes around the country as venues for our family, up to 10 adults and 2 children, pre-Christmas get together. Meusydd ranks very highly among the best we’ve used.The 7 bedrooms are good sized bright and comfortable. The social accommodation combining a large lounge with ample sofa space for all the family, dining area with big table and a very well appointed kitchen is great. Outside there is also a large covered hot tub and an outdoor eating area with views of the coast. Meusydd, part of the Gwbert Holiday group, sits close to the coast path, has fabulous views over the Teifi estuary and is a short drive from Cardigan. We also had a very good meal at the Flatrock Bistro in the Gwbert Hotel just a short walk away. The property was very well maintained and the provision of kitchen equipment and tableware is the best I’ve seen in 14 yearsIn summary a very comfortable well appointed holiday home for families and friends

This is the most amazing holiday home that our family of 12 have ever stayed in and we will be back next summer for sure. The house itself had everything you needed and more. The view from the back garden blew us away from the start and kids had so much space to play, as for the hot tub or swimming pool as the kids called it , Massive!!! 10/10 There are lots of things to do near by , the coastal farm, was a good hit with the kids as they fed the animals and even got to see a seal, plenty of beach’s too. In the evening you got to watch the sun set over the sea .. perfect
